1. Dates & Availability Date: 22nd-30th Nov 25 Availability: 13 places 2. Payment Breakdown Private Room: (Double bed): £2,190 pp Shared Room (Single bed): £1,890 pp Shared Room (Shared double bed): £1,690 pp Deposit: £360 (Non-refundable) Remaining amounts within 30 days of deposit (payment plans available - to be discussed individually) Invoice to make payment will be sent once booking form is received. 3. What’s Included Accommodation: 8 nights across three distinct locations in Senegal (Boutique Hotels, Island Eco Lodges, Villas with Pools) Meals: Breakfast everyday (Please note dietary requirements in the booking form) Included activities: Daily movement and meditation Guided journaling Sharing circles Goree Island Tour Boat tour/island hopping/fresh oysters and BBQ on desert island Yoga session Manifestation workshop Painting on the beach Sunset drums on the beach Bonfire dancing Quad biking in the baobab forest Lagoon day trip Surfing Full support from retreat leaders Pre-retreat group call and ongoing group chat Transfers: All transport throughout the retreat, including between destinations within Senegal 4. What’s Not Included Flights 2 meals a day Travel insurance (compulsory) Airport transfer (although we will help organise these) Personal expenses, such as shopping or additional activities outside the planned itinerary 5. Important Notes Arrival & Departure Times: Please plan to arrive in Senegal by 2am on 23rd November. The retreat officially starts on 23rd November. Your departure is on 30th November. Flight Recommendations: Flying into Blaise Diagne International Airport (DSS) Details on airport transfer services will be provided. Health & Safety: Please be sure to review any travel advisories, and ensure that you have the required vaccinations or health precautions for travel to Senegal. 6. FAQs Please see our FAQs page 8. Terms & Conditions - A non-refundable deposit of £360 is required to secure your booking. - Balance must be paid in full by 30th August 2025 - A minimum of 5 guests is required for this retreat to go ahead. If there aren't 5 guests booked you will be transferred onto the next available retreat. Cancellation Policy
By booking with NUKA, you acknowledge agreement with the following: Definitions: "You" = guest | "We" = NUKA | "Retreat" = The New Perspective Retreat Requirements: - Valid passport & travel insurance before booking flights - Meet Senegal entry requirements - Physically & mentally fit to travel - Must be 18+ Payments: - Deposit: Once the deposit is paid, your spot in the retreat is reserved, but it will only be fully confirmed upon the completion of all payments. - Payment Schedule: First payment due within 30 days of deposit; remaining payments monthly. Full balance due 90 days before retreat. - Late Bookings: For bookings <30 days before retreat, full payment due within 7 days. For bookings <7 days, payment due within 24 hours. - Non-payment: Missed deadlines may result in cancellation of booking. Refunds & Transfers: - More than 60 days before retreat: transferable to next retreat. - Less than 30 days: non-refundable and non-transferable. - If fewer than 5 attendees, booking will be moved to a future retreat (ensure flights are refundable). - Flights and travel costs are not included or reimbursed. Cancellation: - By You: No refund for late arrival, early departure, or no-shows. - By NUKA: Full retreat refund or transfer offered. Flights are not refundable. Insurance: - Mandatory travel/health insurance required before booking flights. Must cover retreat activities and cancellations. - NUKA is not liable for accidents, cancellations, or documentation issues. Medical & Dietary Info: - Disclose all medical/mental conditions or dietary needs in advance. - NUKA is not liable for food-related issues or medical events. Code of Conduct: - Zero tolerance for abusive behavior. Violations may lead to removal from the retreat. Female-Only Policy: - While the retreat is for women, male staff or external presence may occur in public/shared spaces. Photography/Content: - You may be photographed/filmed. Opt out by notifying us in writing before the retreat. Changes & Amendments: - Itinerary and services may change due to weather, safety, or logistics. Travel Documents: - Ensure passport, visas, and health docs are valid. - Submit passport copy prior to travel. Data Privacy: - Personal info is used only for retreat planning and never shared with third parties. - By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.
